It’s almost Seedy Saturday! It’s time to swap seeds, learn about growing them and connect with local gardeners and groups.
Yorklands Green Hub and the ߲ݴýTool Library are hosting their “celebration of seeds, sustainability and community,” on Saturday, they said in a news release. The event will run from 10 am to 3 p.m. at the Old Quebec St. Shoppes, 35 Wyndham St. N.
The release states it is a “must-attend” event for gardeners of all experience levels. You can bring your own seeds to swap, pick up new ones from vendors, and learn from expert growers about seed diversity and local food resilience.
