A 29-year-old man was charged with four counts of committing an indecent act after masturbating in front of woman in Guelph.
º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½police said on Saturday, at about 2 p.m., a woman in her 40s was at a business on Woolwich Street, near Speedvale Avenue, when a man who began speaking to her followed her to the washroom.
The man then followed her outside, police said, and began masturbating while she fled in her vehicle.

Three hours later, police said a woman in her 50s was walking in the same area with a friend when a man began following them. The man stood close to them as they waited at a crosswalk and began masturbating, police said.
The woman told police there was a family with young children waiting for a bus nearby at the time.

Police found the same man, from Guelph, had been involved in similar behaviour in mid-August, following and talking to two women while touching himself.
He was arrested Sunday and was held for a Monday bail hearing.
