There’s a new restaurant at the former Einstein’s Café

Local Haunt is open for business at 2 Grant St. and has a cosy atmosphere and comfort food. It even has Einstein’s sausage penne on the menu, as a nod to the former owner.

Local Haunt has its ghosts, but isn’t spooky at all. The new owners of the restaurant that was Einstein’s Café for 35 years at 2 Grant St. said it could be your new favourite place to hang out.

Jay Stephens and Neil Robertson had a plan in the works for some time with friend Ben Siverns, a longtime chef who passed away early this year.
